It's a really attractive place, not quite like anywhere else I'd been before. Good sized town which has escaped the urban homogenisation of the last twenty years; local, independent shops still predominate with the large stores banished to a retail park on the outskirts. Very friendly locals and a decent sized student population seem to get along fine in beautiful surroundings. Lucky to see it in its best light on Monday; the weather was unseasonably gorgeous so plenty of chance for photos.

I also now know the Welsh for 'skateboarding' which I will try to drop into conversation at the earliest opportunity..
